On Domestic Orders (including the USA, Canada, and Puerto Rico) we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit/debit cards. We also accept PayPal, Money Orders, Bank Transfers and Checks (have to clear before shipping).
On International Orders we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards. We also accept PayPal, and BankTransfers. Contact us for Bank Transfer information.
Credit/Debit card purchases will ship to the card holders registered address only, unless other arrangements are made prior to purchase. We reserve the right to verify information before shipping to help identify fraudulent transactions.
Orders can be placed through the website check-out, by e-mail, phone or fax.
All PayPal orders will be shipped to the PayPal registered address only.
To pay by mail, send your check or money order made out payable to CAROLYN THOMAS to the address provided on our Contact page.
Confirmed payment Domestic orders for in stock items recorded and posted by 3pm EST. on business days will be shipped within 2 business days. International orders for in stock items will ship within 4 business days.
Items paid by personal check will ship when the check clears the bank. This can take up to two weeks in some cases.
On PayPal e-check payments shipment will occur when our account shows a completed payment transaction.
All dollar amounts listed on this site are in US dollars.
Shipping:
We ship primarily by UPS, FEDEX, or USPS upon receipt of confirmed payment.
Unless stated otherwise, flat rate shipping charges offered are through a carrier of our choice (see our SHIPPING page for items not included in this promotion).
Most items are available to ship world wide and all are subject to any applicable import/export restrictions.
Any customs charges, taxes, duties, etc. are the responsibility of the Buyer, and are NOT included in the shipping cost.
E-mail us your requests for other shipping options or specific carriers. Include your ship to address and postal code for all shipping cost quotes.
Sales Tax :
For New York State deliveries add 7% of the total order for sales tax.
General Return Policy:
We maintain a general no return policy, unless an error is ours or you have received a defective product. We will exchange your item in these cases if you contact us within 14 days of the date you received the item to obtain prior authorization.
Prior authorization is required for any return.
Any merchandise authorized for return must be new, complete, and in saleable condition.
A copy of the original invoice must be included.
All returns must be shipped prepaid.
We will not accept C.O.D.'s for returns.
Damages:
If a parcel arrives in a damaged condition, refuse to accept it. It will be returned to us. We will file a claim and replace it for you.
If you discover concealed damage once you have accepted delivery:
Call the carrier for an inspection.
Hold on to all original packing, boxing, cartons, etc.
The carrier will instruct you on what to do.
Warranty Service:
We will provide an itemized sales receipt for your records and manufacturer warranty application.
All products are covered by Applicable Manufacturer's Warranties only.
Warranty repair items are to be returned directly to the respective manufacturer of the product.
We are not responsible for manufacturer warranty decisions.
Out of Stock Items:
If your ordered items are out of stock we will contact you as to when you can expect delivery and ask if you want us to continue processing your order or refund your payment.
Back orders could take up to 15 business days to fill, but are usually filled sooner than that. We will keep you informed of your order status.
Returned Checks:
A $25.00 fee will be charged and may result in future orders being shipped C.O.D. certified check.
